This might be a Japanese urban legend but my Father brought these unique KitKats back from Japan. He told me that these flavors are only sold at one store in the entire world and he stood in line for a hour to buy these. Is he pulling my leg? Either way they are absolutely delicious. Thanks Dad!

After I started into this piece, I noticed two "hotspots" where the paint was not adhering correctly. I work in transparent layers and I found myself adding many extra layers to these two spots but the problem persisted. I sanded, regessoed but was still encountering the same results. So at a loss as to what was causing it and rather then invest more time into a flawed foundation, in the trash it goes. Even after my long endeavor of sharing my work online I haven't seen any artist share anything like this, but it happens. Maybe I'll revisit this subject again in the future…
